Susan Rockstraw is a photographer and retoucher who loves shooting close ups and creative beauty shots. She’s always been an innovator, immersing herself in art classes in her youth until she was able to get her hands on a camera. She started out in photography by shooting subjects like nature, people, and events, soon coming to find that what she loved most about taking pictures was capturing details and the things she found beautiful. She gains new inspiration from colors, which reflect her current growth and emotional mindset, and has a particular love for pastel and pink tones. She also draws creative ideas from makeup palettes, accessories—like earrings and hair clips; fashion, and her talented team of creatives, who all stay perfectly in sync with each other's visions.

| ADVICE

Susan lives by the philosophy of taking care of herself in order to keep creativity alive. Her best advice for other creatives is to: “Never give up and keep practicing, there’s always something to learn.”
