James Bradlee | Stylist
James Bradlee is a stylist who is progressively drawing attention to Asian fashion by styling celebrities and models in Manila and collaborating with worldwide brands. He has spent the past three years quickly gaining traction in The Philippines for his styling expertise. James’ eye-catching approach is influenced by the genial mixture of both traditional Asian flare and subtle modern twists. These elements are evident in all of his multi-faceted works, ranging from photoshoots and brand projects with media moguls, to magazine photo-ops and picturesque music videos. James regards himself as a self-taught stylist, having admired the trailblazing designs of Margaret Zhang, Anna Wintour, and Kim Cam Jones while building his personal aesthetic.
| EARLY CAREER
Initially, James started as a freelance artist before he was asked by a video director — who was familiar with his skill and artistic prowess — to style a band in one of his music videos. It was this fortuitous event that kickstarted James’ ascent into the high-fashion styling scene in Manila, an industry he’s effectively mastered since 2019.
| MINDSET
As a stylist interested in quality and continuous learning, James holds a Bachelor of Arts in communication and partakes in reputable internships at fashion-forward institutions like Artists and Company Manila. Being a very passionate person himself, James believes that every artist can achieve their dreams if they are passionate enough about it.
